Position Summary: Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Staff Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus. You will help set the technical direction for our web application platform, lead team initiatives, and deliver exceptional user experiences built on React and Next.js. You'll own critical experiences end-to-end-from frontend architecture and performance to the backend-for-frontend (BFF) and API contracts-while mentoring engineers, partnering with Product and Design, and raising the bar on quality, reliability, and developer experience.
