We are looking for a Tibco EBX consultant to work on a 12 month+ contract. Description: As part of the Master Data Management (MDM) team, you will leverage your EBX expertise to support the implementation and ongoing management of Master Data, aligning with business and IT strategies. Your focus will be on EBX design, development, and support for MDM projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, lead requirement analysis and clarification. Assess feasibility and estimate complexity of requirements. Support demand generation and collaborate with stakeholders. Design, build, test, and deliver EBX solutions; provide user training and operational support. Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to SLAs (productivity, turnaround, accuracy). Report progress and escalate issues to IT leadership. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing with business users. Skills & Experience:* Strong experience in MDM processes, data analysis, and data/process modeling. Hands-on expertise with EBX MDM tool and MDM implementation lifecycle. Solid understanding of relational database concepts. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. Detail-oriented with strong root cause analysis abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with client-service mindset. High accuracy in data handling. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
