Job 3: SMT Operator (Specialized) Oldsmar, FL \| 1st & 2nd Shift \| OT available weekends Summary We are looking for experienced SMT Operators with knowledge of MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick-and-place equipment. This role focuses on high-quality, efficient electronics assembly using automated SMT processes. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain SMT pick-and-place machines (MyCronic, Universal Fuzion) Set up, load, and troubleshoot automated production lines Perform SMT-related tasks: stencil printing, reflow soldering, AOI inspection, X-ray Inspect and verify placement/quality of components Collaborate with production teams to meet output and quality goals Maintain 5S standards in the production area Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of SMT operation experience (MyCronic/Universal Fuzion preferred) Knowledge of soldering, component placement, and inspection Familiarity with AOI, stencil printing, and reflow processes Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude Ability to work independently and on rotating lines Must pass a medical exam per supplier guide; ability to read/write English
