Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics & Reporting Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) team. As an Analytics & Reporting Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your exceptional analytical and communication skills will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and prompt resolution, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing the overall financial health of our organization. What you will do:
- Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Analytics & Insights that align with business goals and objectives
- Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, software systems and external sources
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that can inform strategic decisions and/or process gaps and failures.
- Engage in clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive records of all analytics & data related activities, communications, and resolutions
- Ability to understand upstream data sources to arrive at source of truth and leverage SQL/PBI skills to build reporting and analytics by connecting to these upstream data sources.
- Generate regular reports on KPIs, root cause trends, aging, and resolution status for management review
- Continuously evaluate the insights to root causing to resolution process and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance root causing analytics & productivity
- Adhere to internal controls and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data validation processes and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and present findings to stakeholders effectively
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the overall performance of the EBO team.
- Gather, compile and provide business teams with the data and reports necessary for monthly, weekly operational activities and other analysis as requested.
- Gather, compile and provide internal and external auditors data necessary for their review
What we expect of you:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant analytics experience in services management, Order management, pipeline & proposals OR 8 years of relevant analytics experience in services management, Order management, pipeline & proposals
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven focused on data analytics and reporting, preferably with Fortune 200 organization
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Enterprise ERP Systems experience is a plus
