Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Physician Compensation Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$25.06 - $32.58 / hour SummaryResponsible for meeting with new physicians and practice leadership to introduce physician compensation plans in detail, including establishing production expectations to transition from salary guarantees, if applicable. Majority of meetings will be remote using video conferencing software. The Analyst will provide training to access and understand compensation dashboards in ProCARE compensation software, Epic SlicerDicer reporting, and other tools used by physicians, advanced providers, and practice leadership. Initial contact for all physicians, advanced providers and practice leadership questions regarding compensation or RVU productivity. Manage the access of new and existing users in the ProCare software. Variety of administrative responsibilities for the ongoing use of ProCARE, which includes monitoring calculations for compliance with compensation plans and agreements. Manage all CSV files and SFTP uploads to ProCARE. Remote position. Requires strong and reliable internet service. A laptop & monitor will be provided. Must be Florida resident to work remotely. RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Billing, or Data management related field. Certification: N/A License: N/A Other: Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems daily. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Displays a positive energetic attitude along with a willingness to learn and grow into the position. Availability during business hours of 8am-4pm. US:FL:Fort Myers | |
