Overview
The US Oncology Network is looking for a Director of Product Strategy and Innovation to join our team at Texas Oncology. This is a hybrid-remote full-time position, and will require travel about 30% of the time for meetings and training. Preferred that candidate resides in Texas, but not necessary to live in Dallas area. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who can balance enterprise strategy, product design, vendor partnerships, clinical/healthcare operations, modern patient expectations, and delivery execution. What does the Director of Product Strategy and Innovation do? As the leading oncology practice in the country, Texas Oncology is constantly evolving to advance patient care and staff experience. The Director of Product Strategy and Innovation plays a key role in that evolution by leading the team that defines the most critical problems to solve, sizing the opportunities, and then leading the design, evaluation, and implementation of enterprise solutions that transform care delivery, operational performance, and patient/provider/staff experience. This role connects clinical and operational priorities with scalable, value-driven digital and technology solutions. The director works cross-functionally with physician leadership, IT, clinical leadership, operations leadership, other functional leaders, and vendor partners to ensure that innovations are strategically aligned, operationally viable, and successfully adopted.
