GENERAL FUNCTION: The Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist supports the execution of go-to-market strategies across business divisions. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy, this role is responsible for implementing strategic frameworks and tactical plans that enhance client and employee engagement, drive business readiness, and support revenue growth. With a focus on sales and service enablement, client experience, and internal communications, the Specialist collaborates across teams to manage deliverables, support product and service launches, and ensure consistent execution of GTM initiatives. This role also contributes to the development of tools, content, and engagement strategies that empower internal teams and elevate the client experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute GTM strategies and readiness plans for product launches, enhancements, and migrations. Track and manage sales pipeline activities and reporting in partnership with divisional sales teams. Leverage analytics and CRM systems to generate insights and support performance tracking. Identify and implement sales enablement tools and tactics that support consultative client engagement. Develop and coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, intranet pages, and SharePoint content libraries. Create and manage content, collateral, and communications across mediums, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards. Design and develop external-facing tools and materials for use by Sales teams and strategic partners. Coordinate communication plans for key messaging to internal stakeholders and clients. Support internal and external marketing events, including vendor coordination and promotional inventory management. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Communications to support PR efforts and strategic messaging. Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing, product management, or related field; financial services or banking experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editorial and content development. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and collaboration platforms. Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguous circumstances and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strategic thinking with the ability to connect tactical execution to broader business goals. Experience creating and managing content across various formats and channels. Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse teams. Understanding of brand, messaging, and promotional strategies. Familiarity with AP style and brand guidelines; ability to navigate legal and compliance review processes.
