Job Summary:

The Director of Creative Services leads the team responsible for the ideation and production of all multimedia content. This position develops and executes a creative strategy that aligns with the organization's brand and marketing goals, drives engagement, and elevates brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct the execution of all multimedia output, including graphic design, video, photography, animation, audio, etc., ensuring all creative output elevates the brand, educates and inspires action and engagement.

  • Oversee the allocation of resources across the team to align to top strategic priorities.

  • Responsible for brand visual identity guidelines for the entire organization

  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all creative output, working in partnership with Brand lead.

  • Establish and maintain creative standards and strong processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for creative projects, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.

  • Maintain strong partnership and collaboration with Brand Manager and Director of Editorial, as well as cross functional teams, to align creative content into broader campaigns and initiatives.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovative creative approaches in the industry.

  • Mentor and inspire the creative team to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize future efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with proven experience in managing creative teams and projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.

  • Ability to develop and execute innovative creative strategies.

  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Strong understanding of brand management and governance.

Location Requirement:

  • Remote - Flexible Location

  • Work is primarily performed remotely, however, when possible and necessary, teams meet in person to conduct the business of the organization and build team relationships.

Compensation | Benefits:

The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate'sgeographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
