T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Senior VMWare System Administrator to work on a program in the Annapolis Junction area in support of the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: We are looking for a senior level system administrator/engineer with deep knowledge and experience with VMWare.Thisrole will be expected to perform system architect/design duties for both revamping current system design to fit new needs and developing a new and improved design, as we migrate to the Hardware as a Service (HwaaS) platform. Experience with migrating from VMWare 7.x to VMWare 8.x and knowledge is strongly desired. Provide optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications Drive consistency for deployment and build processes You have worked with teams before on large and demonstrable projects Focus on understanding customers' needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production ready code and infrastructure You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in a team environment.
