Reporting to the Project Principal Investigator, Dr. Joseph Kahne, the Director of the Civic Engagement Research Group (CERG), helps to guide the Civic Impact Project including work with our partners at Notre Dame and Harvard. This position oversees all administrative operations (planning and coordinating events, publications, communication). Also helps to guide public and research focused communications tied to CERG's mission. Engages in strategic planning with CERG'S director.
The full salary range for the Project Manager is $84,100 - $154,700 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $85,000. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. This is a contract position with an anticipated duration of two years. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. | |
