Job Description The role The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a mid-level/senior attorney in the Firm's Structured Finance group. Juris Doctor (J.D.), admission to the New York bar and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CLO) experience is required. Preferred class years 2018 -2020. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s). Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000-$420,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
