JOB TITLE: Senior Director of Product Management (ICU/ Neuro Diagnostics)LOCATION: Hybrid, Wayzata, MN

Position Overview
The Senior Director of Product Management serves as the strategic head of an entire product segment at Natus, providing visionary leadership to drive market success, innovation, and sustainable growth. This leadership position oversees a team of category directors and specialized marketing managers responsible for the comprehensive strategy and performance of the segment throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership* Define and execute the overall Segment Strategy in alignment with Natus' business objectives and long-term vision.* Develop and articulate compelling Value Propositions and Market Positioning for the entire segment portfolio.* Oversee product management activities across the complete lifecycle from inception (Gate 1) to exit (Gate 10)* Drive innovative segment roadmaps and market expansion initiatives based on customer insights and competitive intelligence* Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships and integration of 3rd party intellectual property* Establish, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for segment performance, taking corrective action where necessaryTeam Leadership & Development* Build, lead, mentor and scale a high performing global team of category directors and product managers.* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and innovative problem solving, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals* Ensure the team is equipped with the core competencies required for excellence in product management, including market analysis, customer engagement and lifecycle planning.Stakeholder Management* Execute and evolve the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Strategy,* Collaborate with the VP of Global Marketing and Director of Commercial Marketing to establish global pricing strategy for the segment* Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to ensure alignment with market needs* Prioritize product development with R&D and Sustaining Engineering. Work with internal and external clinical stakeholders on clinical strategy, evidence generation for clinical claims and outcomes* Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to align segment product roadmap with strategic partnerships and acquisitions* Liaise with Legal and Finance on commercial agreements and financial planningMarket Leadership* Drive NPI and commercial excellence across all segment activities* Ensure the segment meets evolving customer needs at both the global and regional level.* Champion innovating problem solving and continuous improvement within the segmentKey Stakeholders:Clinical:* Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) - in* Clinical Application Specialists* Chief Medical OfficerCommercial:* Sales Leaders and General Managers* Global and Regional Marketing leaders* Sales Enablement LeaderTechnical:* R&D Leader* Sustaining Engineering LeaderOperations:* Operations VP* Supply Chain Leader* Manufacturing and Distribution LeaderOther:* Finance* Contracts/Legal* Human Resources* VP of Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA)* Chief Strategy Officer (Business Development)QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience* 10+ years of experience in leading product management organizations in medical device industry * Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing product segment strategies* Track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management* Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills* Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans* Experience collaborating with clinical experts and Key Opinion LeadersEducation* Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred* Additional training in leadership, product management, and healthcare business strongly preferred

Travel: (20-30%) Domestic and International

Pay Transparency Details: The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Natus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range.
