Recovery Support Navigator

Location: Waltham, MA - Outpatient treatment program

Schedule:6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday with the ability to work Saturdays

Pay rate: $22.90/hour

The Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for:

• Providing non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
• Engagementbeginning at pre-release and the support continuing after the patient is released and returns to the community.
• Working hours required to meet the business needs of the organization and travel to other programs or locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience in the behavioral health field preferred
