Role Overview

As Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding Evolvics' presence across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. You'll lead with vision, build with purpose, and shape the future of our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Evolvics' growth objectives.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across pharma, biotech, and healthcare verticals.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders at pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and agency partners.
  • Lead the development of proposals, pitch presentations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and media solutions.
  • Represent Evolvics at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing business development team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, or life sciences.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA, PhRMA) and the media landscape.
  • Proven track record of securing multimillion-dollar accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, able to hit the ground running with a strong roster of contacts and leads.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with omnichannel media strategies, HCP targeting, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as oncology, rare disease, or immunology.
  • Existing network within pharmaceutical brand teams, media buying units, or healthcare systems.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $130.00- $150.00, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
