Pay Range: $50,000-$71,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Abstract and summarize a variety of legal agreements into a searchable international database.
  • Prepare database reports and summaries.
  • Research and produce documents as requested.
  • Contact other departments to complete records as needed.
  • Scan and load documents into the database
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files as needed.
  • Set up, organize, scan and maintain files and other records with accuracy for easy access.
  • Database maintenance
  • Organizational tasks
  • Update and maintain subsidiary registrations and records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • The position requires strong administrative experience and skills acquired either as an Administrative Assistant or Paralegal, or via directly related work experience. Contract review experience is preferred.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or three years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced to Expert skill level using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Explorer; Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to type accurately at 60+ words per minute.
