 Energy Warehouse Material Handler
 , you will maintain inventory at a regional Tesla Energy warehouse, ensuring smooth material flow and inventory accuracy. This role involves receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency; preparing materials in support of Tesla installation, service, and commercial teams; while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. What You'll Do
 
  Assist daily operations of material flow, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials to support installation and service schedules; maintain inventory accuracy and driving continuous improvementsMonitor material needs for scheduled orders, track real-time progress to delivery targets, and adjust manpower as neededReview and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouseConduct first-level investigations into quality and safety incidents, documenting findings and proposing preventive actionsSafely operate equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts to transport materials to/from receiving and staging areas; prepare outgoing materials using proper packaging methodsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S protocols and ensuring proper PPE usageCollaborate with Warehouse Managers, Lead Material Handlers, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and productivityWhat You'll Bring
