Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Systems Analyst to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and support of our Workday platform. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, driving process improvements, and enabling strategic decision-making through robust reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the continuous enhancement, configuration, and security of the Workday platform. * Conduct regular audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to support business operations. * Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Workday-related initiatives. * Evaluate system configurations and respond to inquiries regarding platform capabilities. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable, tested solutions. * Lead system upgrades and testing efforts, including creating test plans, defining scenarios, and coordinating user acceptance testing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and support business needs. * Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, applying relevant enhancements. * Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Workday functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Hands-on experience with Workday and Workday Adaptive Planning. * Strong experience in ticket management, user support, and documentation. * Proficiency in reporting, financial data analysis, and process optimization. * Experience implementing or optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system issues, and recommend effective solutions. * High level of discretion when handling confidential information. * Workday certifications are a plus. Additional Requirements: * Must have a reliable internet connection and a private workspace. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
