Medical Interpreter, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Days

To facilitate the exchange of communication between a patient and a provider as verbatim as possible in consideration of cultural practices, context, slang, and linguistic variation. Interpreters may also inform the physician when a patient does not appear to demonstrate comprehension.

Required:

• 3 years of medical interpreting experience in a health care setting
• Must be bi-lingual
• Must have successfully completed a Medical Interpreter Program
