POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, optimizing, and supporting the configuration of UKG Pro WFM and Infor systems for HR and Payroll functions. It will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, configure system settings, and ensure smooth execution of HR and Payroll processes to support the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM and Infor v10 systems, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform system updates, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for the systems.
- Configure and customize UKG Pro and Infor v10 based on business requirements.
- Lead and/or assist in testing of system changes, updates, and new features.
- Ensure thorough testing to verify functionality, accuracy, and performance before deployment.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
- Provide end-user training sessions to promote system understanding and adoption.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Maintain strong communication with business users and with the internal IT team.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with UKG Pro wFM and Infor systems.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, including gathering requirements and implementing technical solutions.
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- UKG Pro certification or relevant experience, preferred.
- Infor v10 certification or relevant experience, preferred.
- Experience with system upgrades and large-scale deployments, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Financial workflows within UKG Pro and Infor.
- Knowledge of system integrations and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable business solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and integrations, preferred
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify and resolve system issues, preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and third-party vendors, preferred.
