Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CVP's calendar, optimizing their time for maximum impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Provide insightful business information to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements in business processes and resource allocation.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, pre-trip preparations, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure consistent processes and compliance.
- Review and approve expense reports following established guidelines.
- Actively participate in recurring administrative meetings.
- Spearhead special projects and assignments as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in administrative roles, with 2+ years supporting executives or directors in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience supporting global teams and navigating ambiguity.
- Demonstrated skills in budget management, event planning, calendaring, and business operations.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise independent judgment, and make sound decisions.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and a knack for building relationships across diverse teams.
- Impeccable discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard productivity software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, collaboration platforms).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years in admin support, ideally with large tech company experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Recent experience at a large tech company (within last 7 years).
- Proven experience supporting both on-site and remote teams.
- Demonstrated proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.29 to $31.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
