Our Operational Analytics & Insight team provides the measurement, insights and recommendations that inform our digital strategies. By helping answer critical questions about the customer experience, sales, and operations, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a member of the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you'll utilize your data engineering skills to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure to make data accessible for various applications and users. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing data pipelines that transform raw data into usable formats for data scientists, business analysts, and other data consumers to interpret results to lead the development of data-driven solutions for Spectrum's business problems. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation of data infrastructure and pipelines and share knowledge with other team members. You'll work in a dynamic office environment. The base pay for this position generally is between $88,330.00 and $156,530.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
