As an Associate Network Operations Engineer, you will perform reactive monitoring of all core level telephone, IP and Video elements within network facilities. You will be responsible for initial triage, escalation, and resolution of network troubles, as well as vendor engagement. WHAT OUR ASSOCIATE NETWORK OPERATIONS ENGINEERS ENJOY MOST
Being able to work under pressure is imperative to being successful in this role, as you will escalate customer-impacting and install-impacting (new revenue) major incidents to verticals for each line of business, technology product, critical network facility, and service delivery platform.
