This position is located in Northridge, CA 91325 What You'll Do Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for healthcare claims and compliance? Join our team as a Claims Compliance Auditor, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory alignment across our claims operations. In this role, you'll: * Lead audits and compliance reviews for HMO and Medicare claims * Analyze benefit structures and system configurations (EZCap or similar) * Manage special projects related to claim denials and auto-adjudication * Identify risks and implement strategies to reduce adjudication errors * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows * Present findings and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making Must-Have Skills * HMO Claims & Insurance Expertise * Claims Audits, Resubmissions & Processing * Medicare Claims & Guidelines * EZCap System Experience * Claim Denials Resolution * Nice-to-Haves* * CPT Coding Knowledge * Advanced Excel Skills * Familiarity with Regulatory Agencies * What You Bring* * 5+ years of hands-on experience in claims processing and system configuration * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks * Excellent communication and documentation abilities * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) * A collaborative mindset and initiative to drive change * Why Join Us?* * Be part of a mission-driven team improving healthcare operations * Work in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities * Make a real impact on compliance and claims accuracy Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
