Lead Fire Alarm Helper - Smyrna, TN We're hiring a Lead Fire Alarm Helper to support both current and upcoming projects - with top priority being a 1 million sq. ft. Nissan battery plant in Smyrna, TN. This is a high-impact role with strong potential for career growth. 85% of our management team has been promoted from within, and we actively invest in our employees' development. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of lead installation experience in a commercial setting. Programming is not required but is a major plus. We offer reimbursement for qualified employees pursuing NICET certifications and conduct annual performance reviews tied to compensation increases.
