Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Legal Documentation Location: Charolotte, NC Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Entry-Level (1+ year) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our legal operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil litigation, legal documentation, or paralegal work, and who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. As part of our QA team, you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents related to civil procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance with state requirements, and readiness for third-party legal partners. Key Responsibilities * Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness. * Validate that documents meet state-specific legal requirements. * Cross-check information against corresponding paperwork. * Confirm proper notarization and formatting. * Conduct judgment and complaint validations as needed. * Test and verify document data before external distribution. Required Skills & Experience * 1+ year of relevant professional experience in legal, QA, or compliance roles. * Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and collection law (preferred). * Experience functioning as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). * Strong understanding of credit card operations and terminology. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications * Paralegal certification is a strong plus. * Prior experience working with legal documentation in a QA capacity. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
