Now Hiring: Level 1 Technician (Helper) - Data Center Projects Are you ready to break into the telecom world? If you've worked in construction, HVAC, or any physically demanding trade, you might be exactly who we're looking for. This is your chance to get hands-on experience in a cutting-edge data center, working alongside skilled technicians and learning the ropes of low voltage systems. What You'll Be Doing: * Pulling cable and assisting with low voltage installations * Supporting Lead techs with wiring and setup * Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe * Showing up on time, every time - reliability is key * Learning new skills and growing your career from the ground up What You Bring to the Table: * A strong work ethic and a great attitude * Experience in physically demanding jobs (construction, HVAC, etc.) * Basic knowledge of tools and wiring is a plus * Willingness to learn and take direction * Dependability - we need people who show up and follow through Bonus Points If You Have: * Any telecom or low voltage experience * Experience in trades, IT, or technical schooling * A desire to build a long-term career in the field Top Skills We're Looking For: * Wiring * Electrical * Cable Installation * Data Center Support Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
