GENERAL PURPOSE

The Marketing Manager will be the marketing mastermind behind our key campaigns, planning, organizing, and executing both major and mid-level marketing efforts that boost brand awareness, connect with customers, and drive results. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, design, and external agencies to create compelling content that excites and engages our audience.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Organize, manage, and implement A and B level campaigns including marketing content and collateral to support comprehensive external communications strategies, engagement and execution plans aligned to key priorities.

  • Manage marketing campaign deliverables and commercialization plans in conjunction with product marketing teams, including promotional campaigns, videos, collateral, advertising, and digital experience, with a focus on customer retention and acquisition.

  • Partner with design team and agency partners for creative development and execution, enabling their success with creative briefs and customer context.

  • Leverage our websites, partner sites and other digital platforms to maximize personalization opportunities, impressions and reach of campaign content.

  • Support overall planning and execution of tradeshows, including creative needs, assets, and collateral.

  • Understand the needs of different customer personas and journey maps as they pertain to our core channels.

  • Manage campaigns with multiple verticals within the Legrand I AV space.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience in brand management & loyalty building campaigns.

  • Strong creative marketing skills; ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas.

  • Highly motivated; creative self-starter; strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail.

  • Digital marketing experience including social media

  • Project management - must be comfortable handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to translate concepts into deliverables.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to effectively interface at all levels.

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.

  • Ability to translate trends, tools and intel into actionable marketing recommendations.

  • Sound understanding of marketing tools, trends and methodologies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook tools.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area, and a minimum of seven years' experience in marketing, product marketing and/or brand and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical thinking, shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results.

  • Industry experience in AV or IT or consumer technology marketing

  • Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practice across the company

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for using a keyboard

  • General office environment

  • May require occasional ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$90.000 annually.

The offered compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to level of experience, certifications/education, training, and work location. This position is eligible for variable incentive pay based on company performance.
