*Join a Mission-Driven Team as a Patient Admissions Representative!* Location: Hybrid (Remote + Monthly Office Visit in Chester County, PA)
Start Date: October 15th Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM) Weekend shifts may be available with a weekday off in return. As a Patient Admissions Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking life-changing treatment options. You'll play a vital role in guiding patients through their journey with empathy, precision, and purpose. *What You'll Do:* * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and referrals with professionalism and compassion. * Coordinate patient placements by making outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare providers. * Build and maintain relationships with doctors' offices, hospitals, and internal teams. * Meet performance metrics and quality standards in a dynamic call center environment. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Learn about kidney disease and treatment modalities to better serve patients. * Support patients across time zones with flexible scheduling. *What We're Looking For:* * Experience: 6+ months in a call center or high-volume customer service role; healthcare experience a plus. * Education: High School Diploma or GED required. * Skills: * Strong data entry (25-40 keystrokes/min) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook * Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities * Empathy, attention to detail, and a drive to follow through * Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure * Willingness to work occasional overtime *Why You'll Love Working Here:* * Career Growth: Start in admissions and grow into intake or other specialized roles.
