Job Summary


At Prevea Health, the Marketing Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Prevea Health and HSHS Wisconsin hospitals. The primary purpose of this position is to drive measurable growth in market share and revenue production while addressing community needs in alignment with the mission, vision and values of Prevea Health and HSHS Wisconsin hospitals. This role requires developing a strong understanding of the assigned service lines and identifying the most effective ways to share our message with patients and the broader community. The Marketing Project Manager will also work closely with all members of the marketing and communications team, physician groups, partner hospitals and vendors to strengthen and promote the image, reputation and message of Prevea Health and HSHS hospitals in Wisconsin.

What you will do



  • Lead cross-functional teams under the direction of Marketing Leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including project execution, collateral development, budget oversight, ROI measurement and monthly reporting, with a focus on delivering measurable growth in revenue and market share.
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate special events, educational seminars and community sponsorships, managing all related marketing activities, presentation development, facility/staff/vendor coordination, and ROI tracking to ensure effectiveness
  • Collaborate across the organization and with external partners (service lines, physician groups, vendors and community organizations) to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Support expansion, regional outreach and service line growth by proactively identifying and executing strategic marketing opportunities that maximize return on investment and optimize use of resources.
  • Provide general departmental support as needed, contributing to team success, including managing promotional item inventory for assigned service lines, answering the shared marketing phone line, sorting and distributing mail, accepting packages, greeting department guests and performing other duties as assigned.


Education Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications Required


Experience Qualifications



  • 5-7 years experience in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans Required


Skills and Abilities



  • Strong writing skills and expert level knowledge in communications and special events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations (including physicians, payers, consumers, businesses, educators, etc.) in a large, complex corporate structure.
  • Experience implementing measuring and tracking systems to evaluate efficiencies and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and special events.
