Job Description

Do you want to make a difference for people involved in the justice system who need behavioral health support? We are seeking a compassionate Community Behavioral Health Liaison (CBHL) to serve as the critical link between justice-involved individuals and the behavioral health services they need.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with courts, jails, law enforcement, and community providers to connect individuals to treatment and support.
  • Provide assessments and crisis intervention for justice-involved clients.
  • Navigate systems of care to reduce barriers and improve outcomes.
  • Deliver training and education to partners in the justice and behavioral health systems.
  • Advocate for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP).
  • Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health services.
  • Knowledge of justice systems and a strong desire to serve justice-involved populations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
