Complete day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facility and production equipment at both Anoka locations. In addition to the normal everyday tasks: maintaining, testing, and assisting contractors with the servicing equipment and systems are a critical part of the objectives/responsibly of this position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- MN Electrician (minimum Journeyman's) License or has fulfilled required hours to test for MN Electrician License within 30 days preferred.
- Complete daily Mechanical Maintenance duties in addition to Electrical responsibilities
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- 4+ years electric/mechanical maintenance experience preferred
- PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot, program, configure and install PLC processors and components, preferred. PLC Systems (Rockwell, Siemens) HMI systems (Rockwell, iFix, Siemens)
- Working knowledge of the following: (preferred or willing to learn) Robotics (ABB, Fanuc), o Automation, Servo motors and motion control, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Energy Management Systems, Electrical Distribution systems (Ungrounded Delta system preferred)

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $23.90 - $44.40 Per Hour
