This department typically works between the hours of 7am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Summary The Collateral Release Specialist is responsible for managing the release of collateral for paid in full loans and refinances in accordance with bank policies, regulatory requirements and client service standards. This role ensures timely, accurate processing of lien releases for all types of collateral while minimizing operational and compliance risks. The Booking Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of the loan data entered into the banks core system. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in loan records.
