Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in operations management, production planning, supply chain, or logistics
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operations or inventory management software


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience managing technology-related projects or technical supply production
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, production scheduling, and logistics coordination



Operations and Project Manager Job Summary

Oversee our production, logistics, and inventory teams. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational efficiency, ensuring seamless production, on-time delivery, and optimal inventory management. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with a process improvement mindset, strong leadership skills, and experience managing complex supply chain and production operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily operations of production, logistics, and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency and meet production goals.
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational procedures to increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards.
  • Monitor product turnaround times and quality metrics, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and project alignment.
  • Analyze performance data and key operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and train team members to develop skills, enhance productivity, and promote a positive team culture.
  • Prepare and deliver KPI and performance reports for senior management and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Day Shift | Monday - Friday (Hours may vary)

Pay

$27+ per hour (based on experience)
