Embroidery Operator

• Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently to produce custom designs.
• Follow embroidery instructions carefully, ensuring correct logo placement and thread colors.
• Verify that apparel details (color, size, etc.) match the provided embroidery design before production.
• Perform sew-outs, trimming, and quality checks to meet company's quality standards.
• Maintain steady workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with packaging and shipping of completed orders.
• Participate in training, including cleanup and quality control tasks.

• Must have 6 months of sewing/embroidery experience.
• Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive, energetic, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good vision and dexterity for threading needles and precise embroidery work.
• Quick learner who listens well and adapts to instructions.
