Hours & Pay

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:55 PM

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire, with long-term career potential

What You'll Do Each Day

As a Production Associate, you'll support a variety of shop floor operations that keep manufacturing running smoothly:

• Read and follow factory orders with accuracy
• Perform glazing procedures on custom doors
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools
• Assist with packing and material handling as needed
• Maintain good attendance and professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as safety glasses and protective clothing
• Support different workstations as production needs shift

What It Takes to Succeed

• Prior shipping and forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods during an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a loud, shop-style environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Some packing or manufacturing experience is helpful, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
