Staffmark is hiring an Executive Assistant in Mandeville, LA! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to support top leadership while growing your career.

Pay: $48K-$66K

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Manage outgoing correspondence, internal memos, and President's mail
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with meetings, including preparation and taking minutes
  • Support special projects and coordinate events, staffing, and logistics
  • Update employee information, birthdays, and anniversaries in Outlook
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, accountants, legal, and insurance partners
  • Coordinate charitable events, company donations, and milestone celebrations
  • Support annual tax reporting and administrative needs of leadership



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
