Production Operator

Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM | 10-hour shifts
• Pay: $20.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential = $21.00/hr
• Training will be on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily production tasks efficiently
• Load and unload molds, operate machines, perform fiberglass tasks, and handle final assembly operations
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs and work in warm conditions as needed
