We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Nicholasville, Kentucky. SUMMARY OF POSITION

In the role of Human Resources Generalist, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential support to our employees and managers across various HR functions. This position entails spearheading recruitment initiatives and facilitating the performance and development of our current workforce. Your responsibilities will include driving recruitment processes, nurturing employee performance, fostering career advancement, and coordinating professional development opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process through onboarding of new hires.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Assists the Human Resources Directorwith onboarding and orientation tasks for all new hires.
  • Contributes to the performance management process for all employees.
  • Provides guidance and training to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates training programs that align with company goals.
  • Supporting employees with creating career plans and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Conducts employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on performance and development needs.
  • Analyzes HR metrics related to performance and development.

YOU WILL NEED

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that translate to all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • aPHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors

The duties of this position require the employee to regularly sit, stand, walk, communicate, and adapt. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable the employee to perform the required duties of this position. Minor in-town travel will be required.

COMPENSATION

The hourly pay range for positions in Kentucky is $20 to $27 an hour, depending on education and relevant experience.
