Bilingual Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in supervisory tasks of a production team
• Familiarity with textile production processes, equipment, and machinery
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with production staff, management, and other departments
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to use production management software and tools to track progress and manage data

What You'll Do

• Lead Production Planning: Coordinate team activities, set schedules, and oversee workflows to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Drive Quality Standards: Monitor output to ensure all products meet established quality requirements while identifying areas for improvement.
• Inspire & Guide Teams: Train, coach, and motivate staff to perform at their best while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Prioritize Safety: Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Resolve Issues: Tackle production challenges quickly and effectively, recommending solutions that improve efficiency.
• Manage Inventory: Oversee materials and supplies to keep production running smoothly.
• Track Performance: Prepare reports, analyze metrics, and use data-driven insights to enhance operations.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure proper upkeep and safe operation of machinery and tools.
• Stay Compliant: Uphold company standards and industry regulations in all aspects of production.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM

*Training will take place on the 1st shift for a few weeks (Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
