Job Title: Data Entry, Air Export Operation (Tue - Fri 1pm - 10pm + Sat 9am - 6pm)
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Temp Reports To: Manager Work Location: Inglewood, CA Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: *Tuesday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM *Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM *This position requires night and weekend availability. Overview: We are looking for motivated individuals to join a global freight forwarding company in Inglewood, CA. Air Export positions. As the Air Export Operations team member, you will handle logistics and documentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not Limited to: *Manage data entry and documentation with a high degree of accuracy. *Handle billing and filing for export shipments. *Communicate with internal teams and clients via email and other channels. *Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time. Qualifications: *Experience in a logistics or operations role is preferred but not required. *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. *Proficiency in data entry (WPM over 40) and basic computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel and Word). *Willingness to learn new systems. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and customs authorities. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
