Description Leidos is seeking an ambitious and outgoing Residential Contractor Network Lead for our Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. As the Residential Contractor Network Lead, you will work to both manage existing program contractors, recruit new contractors and serve as the internal and external resource for all parties that interact with program contractors. The Residential Contractor Network Lead will provide general program contractor oversight, direction, and follow-up, as well as strategic guidance to program contractors. The Residential Contractor Network Lead will be responsible for overseeing and driving contractor network performance as it relates to training, education, program requirements, retention and industry requirements. The Residential Contractor Network Lead will report directly to the Director, Program Ally Experience and will also collaborate closely with the Ameren Illinois Residential Program Managers and Field Team. Ameren Illinois and Leidos believe it is very important to provide employment opportunity to the utility ratepayers that reside in Illinois.
