ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Talent and Organization DesignPartner with BIC leaders to architect scalable org structures, talent strategies, and workforce plans that enable rapid innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-first capabilities across engineering, product, and design teams.Accelerate Performance and Culture at ScaleFoster a culture of high performance, agility, and accountability by driving talent calibration, leadership effectiveness, and inclusive team dynamics. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and remove barriers to team velocity and innovation.Lead Through Transformation and AmbiguityServe as a trusted advisor and change agent through organizational growth, transformation, and experimentation. Guide leaders through complex change with clarity, adaptability, and a bias for action-ensuring people strategies stay aligned with evolving business priorities.Champion Inclusion, Growth, and ResilienceEmbed inclusion and psychological safety into the foundation of team culture.
