The Human Resources Intern supports the People & Operations team by assisting with employee-led programs and operational projects. You will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, data accuracy, and employee support while contributing to initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency. What You'll Do
Collect, review, and process pre-employment paperwork in accordance with company policies Coordinate and review background screenings to ensure compliance with HR standards Create, maintain, and organize employee personnel files and documentation Update and maintain HRIS data to support accurate payroll processing and reporting Assist with responding to employee questions and requests in a timely manner Develop templates, tools, and communications to drive consistency in HR processes, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment Identify gaps in HR deliverables or needs and propose solutions to improve efficiency Contribute to HR operations projects that improve processes and support employee programs
What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information
