The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Department of Epidemiology at the Mailman School of Public Health is recruiting a non-student short term casual to work as a part of Dr. Adina Zeki Al Hazzouri's lab on several current projects related to cardiovascular determinants and Alzheimer's disease and related dementias outcomes. The student will work closely with Dr. Zeki Al Hazzouri and her R01 collaborators to lead work on current funded projects concerning statin prescription or hypertension included detailed code and data analysis responsibilities as well as manuscript drafting and piublication.

Responsibilities

Data analysis, 70%
Drafting manuscripts, 25%
Other duties as assigned, 5%

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree.


Preferred Qualifications



  • PhD requirered. Candidate should have experience with data management, analysis, and strong writing skills.
  • The successful candidate will have strong experience with aging research, casual inference methods, and familiarity with cardiovascular determinants and risk factors related to cognitive and late-life health outcomes.
