• Assist in the design and production of marketing assets, including digital ads, website assets, presentations, and printed collateral.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.

• Produce and deliver high-quality final design assets in various formats while ensuring specifications are met.

• Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes, fonts, and messaging across all media.

• Collaborate with creative leadership to ensure brand consistency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or similar area of study or equivalent, relevant work experience

• Typically, 0-1+ of experience working in Graphic Design or related role (including internships)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative and marketing team.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to receive and apply feedback.

• Refined visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools
