Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Associate Event Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events that reflect our commitment to excellence, learning, and community-building.
You'll play a central role in helping deliver unforgettable experiences that bring leaders together to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and grow professionally.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support various aspects of event logistics, including RFPs, venue research, site visits, and vendor coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of in-person conferences across several brands, from initial planning to onsite support
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather meeting requirements and support the creation of detailed event specifications
- Monitor event budgets and managing expenses, support invoice processing and financial reconciliation
- Serve as a key point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors assuring accurate communication and coordination of deliverables
- Provide on-site event management support, helping ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experience
- Coordinate the production of event materials and assist in organizing presentation content
- Contribute to post-event reporting, including collecting feedback and compiling performance metrics
- Support attendee engagement by helping implement creative, branded, and thoughtful event experiences
- Stay up to date on trends and help incorporate new ideas and best practices into events

The Individual:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with event tech platforms (e.g. registration tools, virtual event platforms CRM systems).
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience in event coordination, logistics, marketing or related fields
