Direct Hire Yard Truck Driver to keep operations moving smoothly at a Fortune 500 company in Ayer, MA. This hands-on role doesn't require a CDL-just experience driving vans or box trucks and operating forklifts. Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $25.00/hour + shift differential

What You'll Bring:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous yard truck and forklift experience



Responsibilities:



  • Operate yard trucks to move trailers for daily staging and loading
  • Support warehouse operations by operating forklifts as needed
  • Coordinate trailer assignments with shipping, receiving, and recycling teams
  • Match trailer inventory with carrier ownership accurately
  • Follow all company safety, food quality, and yard protocols
  • Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time
