Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team. As the Director of Video Production, you are a visionary and hands-on leader passionate about storytelling and the digital media landscape. You are a strategic thinker who excels at both managing your talented team and getting hands-on with the creative process. You understand how to build and grow a global brand through compelling video content, and you have a track record of driving audience development and engagement across multiple platforms. You are a natural collaborator, adept at working globally with diverse stakeholders to achieve a shared vision. You'll be responsible for scaling our video operations and shaping the future of the Snowflake brand. You have a deep understanding of the video production lifecycle from end-to-end, and are an expert at managing both internal talent and external partners to deliver high-quality work at volume. This is a unique opportunity to build on our success and drive our video strategy forward and you'll have our new 3,300-square-foot state-of-the-art video studio, providing the resources you need to produce stunning, high-quality content. This role reports to the VP of Brand and Creative and is part of the larger Brand Marketing function that includes Brand Design, Brand Voice and Storytelling, Brand Operations, Customer Marketing, and Web Experience. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
