Job Purpose

The Principal HRIS Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role supports the delivery of HR technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. The analyst collaborates with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems like SuccessFactors and UKG Workforce Pro are optimized to meet business needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HRIS Operations & Support

* Configure and maintain HRIS modules, including SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Performance) and UKG Workforce Pro (e.g., Timekeeping, Scheduling).

* Serve as a subject matter expert for system functionality, troubleshooting, and user support.

* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management.

Project & Process Support

* Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects such as module implementations, enhancements, and process redesigns.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support change management.

* Coordinate with vendors and IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of system updates.

Data Management & Reporting

* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.

* Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making.

* Support data audits and compliance with privacy and security standards.

Continuous Improvement

* Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve system usability.

* Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.

* Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

* 5-7 years of experience in HRIS roles, with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors and UKG Workforce Pro.

* Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.

* Experience supporting HRIS projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Pro).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

* Effective communication and collaboration across departments.

* Commitment to data integrity and process improvement.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 10%
