ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide daily support to the field concerning patient behaviors, grievances, discharges, missed treatments, and other assigned issues.
* Collaborate with the Risk Manager
* Coordinate with other support teams as required.
* Offer education on various Risk Management topics within the assigned area or nationally.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including:

  • Attending staff meetings, phone conferences, and training sessions as needed.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and adhering to teammate guidelines, company policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%.
    * Participate in Legal Department initiatives and activities as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Dialysis experience.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.
* Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in typing, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and

The Salary Range for the role is $75,000.00-$100,400.00 per year.
